I'm delighted to share my positive experience with this place. The initial 5-star rating was well-deserved due to excellent food service. Although there have been staff changes, the overall experience remains commendable. The delightful flavors and prompt service make it a go-to choice for me. I highly recommend trying their dishes for a satisfying dining experience.
Worst Experience! Never ever come again in this hotel. It's a loss of your money.the staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers.
Poor quality service.We had to wait a good 30 minutes before someone noticed us and the restaurant was practically empty at that Time . Bad food quality, wastage of money.
They don't even deserve 1 star!
Never stay here for food. I ordered double cheese pizza, and pizza comes after 30min. Worst taste, Just spread cheese, not baked properly. I request hotel manager but he has not given any discount or new dish...
I've rated it 5 star because in the beginning its food service were good but now I guess staff is changed and I didn't find the food that much tasty so I would like to rate it 2 star.. ( when you order for parcel taste it because no good test is provided , I got very bad experiences as per my last parcels )
They are preserving old stuff very nicely, but also redeveloping the structure to maintain charm but its hiding its natural feel. They will charge 300 rupees per person for palace entry, well if wanna see old stuffs and palace structure then it will be worth paying. Try to go at sharp 9 'o' clock in the morning else after that it will get crowded like hell.
I visit hotel royal fort many times, hotels locations is damn good ,i spends great times there and their rooms,food, staff service, and the manager also calm nd co-operative.
Once I met the owner of the hotel Ranaji, he is nice human being. Over all the food ,the room nd the room service are awesome .
You don't see restaurant menu on Google because it's extremely expensive. Shree Chaudhry travels halts here for 8 pm dinner for unknown reason, this time there is no other alternative snack point around. Carry your food or choose another bus service for travel.
Good Location but meal options are limited and aren't price worthy
