It's a nice and decent place to stay. Breakfast has limited options but is good to taste. Sometimes the staff says that the breakfast is limited. Service is what they lack. Need to improve. Rooms need to be maintained properly. AC is not working in few. When asked ... said will repair the next day... but no one turned up. Overall OK. Not so good.

We stayed here for a night, after visiting mantralaya. The rooms are maintained neat and clean with spacious bathrooms, had a complimentary breakfast too. Which was good. Tried few food items in dinner it was good. Overall it was quite a great stay we had

Hotel Royal Fort has become the most beautiful and famous within short term in the Raichur, Karnataka. This hotel is located outside the city where the neighbours don't get disturbed... As name says it costs a lot... Still had great fun there

Clean spacious well maintained rooms,have restaurant inside.Slightly away from the city traffic,but will enjoy the ambience. No food outlets outside the hotel.Breakfast spread needs to be better as the taste was also not upto the standard of the hotel.Staff are helpful and courteous. Linens are also clean. Clamness of the surrounding, away from the city rush and good ambience.

We stayed at this hotel for a night. The rooms are quite spacious. The washrooms are also large enough compared to the current hotels in this category. The upkeep is good too. Room service has a challenge though, since the staff are not aware about availability. Breakfast could have been better. It is located at a distance from major places bus station and railway station. I was surprised that inspite of prior information they charged us for a day extra , we had overstayed for few hours due to travel constraints. Front desk needs to be more customer friendly.

The food and the service are the bestest in the city, and the quality of food has no compromise. The ambience is comfortable, and because it is outdoor and indoors, you choose your spot to eat, hang out, and also enjoy food. The vegetarian options are variety in number and are completely worth a try. There are a few dishes that are exclusively amazing here. So if you ever want to go to a thorough restaurant with a view this place is a must go.

Don't go by the outside looks of this hotel. It's more famous for the bar etc. Rooms are ok. Beds are nice though. Bathrooms are pretty basic. Complimentary breakfast has fix menu with limited options. They don't provide anything else in the breakfast even if you want to pay for it.

Very poor Maintenance. Complementary breakfast also ok ok type.
