Extremely Satisfied. Food and services were excellent.
Staffs were very kind.
My wife was sick, when we went to the restaurant. All staffs were very much helpful to her. Somebody asked her to drink fresh juice. One madam, gave her a tablet with Excellent Ginger tea.
Kids were not charged to eat.
Definitely I will come back many times hereafter and I will introduce this restaurant to many for sure.
Me with my family went there few months back for dinner. The food was really amazing and the staffs were also friendly. The guest relation manager Shah has given us a warm and comfortable ambience. Overall the experience was really satisfying.
Hotel which is opposite to Railway station. Rooms are spacious. Washrooms are clean but one could feel that maintenance and upkeep need some improvement.
The complementary Bfast has decent spread with mix of Indian and Western food.
Spacious rooms with Air conditioned.
Cleanliness is also top notch.

Easy to commute to Meenakshi Amman Temple.
Service of the staffs are also very good.
My in laws stayed there during their 40 th anniversary. Me and my husband live in Sydney and wanted to something special for them and contacted the Hotel . Arif and Krishnakumar were so helpful and organized a cake , card and flowers and surprised them when they came down for lunch . They went to great lengths to make this day special for them. Amazing customer service . Highly recommend.
Pros:
1. Located very close to Madurai railway junction and Meenakshi temple
2. Friendly and supportive staff
3. Buffet breakfast had a decent spread and was fresh and tasty
Points for improvement:
1. Bath towels need to changed.. look old (not pure white)
2. Bathroom requires cleaning and refurbishing
3. Bed linen requires to be changed (not pure white)
4. Bathroom paper not of good quality
The rooms were maintained very well. The sleep quality was very good. Very near to the railway station and Meenakshi amma temple. The breakfast buffet and the tea snacks was also good. Recommended.
When I was looking for a venue to host my daughter's birthday party, I came across Hotel Royal Court Madurai. The place was stunning - it had the perfect ambience and great decor. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. Most importantly, it was very affordable! We had a wonderful time celebrating at this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for the best birthday party hall in Madurai.
