Worst hotel ever stayed in. Worst staff, worst MC owner. Unhygenic, unsafe and not even worth a 1star rating. Pls check this review before booking it. MMT or othwr platforms may show good rating but its not accurate. Even the restro "Amantaran" they run is worst in taste and service. They serve hard drinks in steel glass and staff is not aware of bar rates.
Very tasty and fresh veg food, polite staff
One of the Worst place for Party. They promise everything at the Time of Booking and later they says that it cannot be arranged. Employee promising everything and Manager later denies. Also, whatever promises in Menu, 2-3 items were missing and they says that we forgot to add it in menu. This place makes your Most Special moment into worst Nightmare. So please avoid this place for any Booking/Party functions in future.
It is good hotel for stay for small period because its rates little bit high for long duration. I think they never gave you any discount. For organizing the small parties and get together place is good. Their serving staff is also good. For your attention always clear your money matter early before planning anything here. They charged everything from you if anything not been clear early. Their taps are old in washroom so be careful they can break and you will get charged for it. You can came here and enjoy the event but don't expect anything exceptional here its normal one.
