Hidden camera installed in the rooms so be aware editing after one more stay : staff behaviour is pathetic as it's owner. Owner can through you out if you can't agree with there unexpected terms and there are hidden camera installed in room and they can see what you are doing in your private space so think twice before booking. For evidence oyo has terminate there contract with this hotel you can go in oyo app and you can find as sold out as oyo can't take bookings for this. should be price around 500-700 as it's quality. avoiding order food from room service too expensive as per food quality. Staff behaviour is good. ***Don't expect plates and spoons if you are not order from room service****
Very bad experience. We booked this hotel through OYO and travelled from Sealdah to this hotel. After reaching the hotel staff said there are no rooms available and that we should contact OYO. We even tried to book separate rooms other than OYO but even then the staff told us that OYO tracks our location via GPS so they can't give us a room. This is absolute non sense
