HOTEL ROMA DELUXE - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Room and bathroom are not upto the mark... Many cockroach are roaming in the room and bathroom. The only thing is as per my not upto the mark in hygiene and cleaning. Rest everything is good.

I booked my room online and it was given to someone else without informing me and I arrived late night and was given a stinky room . Overall, a horrible experience. Later I asked for a refund and the staff was drunk and used bad words.

Very very bad experience. The room is not at all clean. Packets of tobacco products are thrown under the bed, sofa and in the toilet. Toilet seems like haven't cleaned since installation. Windows were Brocken.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. This isn't a family hotel at all. Gaping holes in the roof, fans missing, AC not working, bathroom in eww condition, unfriendly staff and pathetic service. The Google pics of the hotel are fake. So are the 'good' reviews. They ask to pay the moment you book and prefer not to show the rooms first. The front office fellow said..'rooms kya dikhana ? Sidhha Saman andar rakho' !! No amount of complaint helps... Pathetic !!

Don't try to book this hotel worst hotel..so please dont goo through this worst and bad hotel ...can't able to sleep in a bed...worst experience so please dont goo...

Not worth the Rooms are Dirty. And Not clean....They switch off the AC Mis Night...

Rooms are not maintained well, untidy and unhygienic. Check throughly before booking.

Totally money waste... very dirty room.. food quality low to low
