The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, rooms spic and span. The only problem is it's toooo good for the money. Better than Taj fully recommended. Grt experience. Luv Hotel Rolex Inn.
It is with deep sadness that I have to inform that the hotel which is located in Rolex Inn Faridabad, was booked on 25/06/21. I checked in at around 9.30 pm. I was given room 102 in which A/C was not working, on my complaint, a boy came and said that it will start after 15 minutes, But A/C did not work for me. After repeatedly complaining, he stopped listening and there was no solution. Around 12:00 PM I tried to contact customer care but could not get through. I saw there that only two people have staff, it was not known who was the manager. He told me clearly that we have no other option. You can go if you want. It was 12:00 AM in the night, I know how I spent the whole night. And in the morning I immediately left from there. For the first time, I stayed in a hotel like this. This was my worst experience. Unprofessional and non cooperative staff, very rude behavior, charged extra for water which was supposed to be complimentary, food service has stopped after corona and last but not least used food plates left by previous guests still present in cupboard. Disgusting and never going to stay in this hotel ever again!

Overall experience is less than ok. Lift calibration is also expired but declared as a highlight at reception. Pics can give more clarity.
Room was small but clean. Location near to main highway bye pass road. Breakfast was good.. So it is very difficult to reach there. However hotel owner phone was available on voucher who has help me reach there...
The hotel location seems okay. There isn't any big market nearby. The rooms are decent enough. Not big but sufficient and good for over night stay.
