Clean washrooms but sheets could be better. Rooms could be a little cheaper... Excellent service. Buffet breakfast is an awesome service by them.
While I was checking-out, they increased the rates out of nowhere by 33%. I asked for a Tax Invoice in the name of the company, they did not provide me that. Did not even provide a single bottle of water in two days stay. Cockroaches hanging around in the room everywhere. The receptionist in the morning is pathetic and has attitude problem; he does not know how to talk to guests.

They don't provide mineral water bottle daily until you ask for it. 5. Breakfast time is 8 to 10, if you reach restaurants near 9:45 am then it's difficult for you to get the food. If food will be there then "sab bilkul thanda hoga ". If you want to stay only then you can visit here.
visited upasana restaurant for lunch. ordered french fries, chicken hyderabadi biriyani and chicken butter masala. for dessert we ordered fruit salad. they served the fruit salad right after the starter, even before serving the main course. the chicken was found stale, when complained, the staff behaved extremely poorly. the biriyani was mere rice tossed in some oil with onions, chillies and food colouring. claimed to be serving basmati rice but actually served some quality rice. ridiculous service. never visiting again.

Room was small for Family.. good for solo travellers. Room SERVICE specially the ROOM SERVICE and the response from management is very poor. The hotel staff will not act on your orders fast. You have to follow up many times. otherwise location is perfect for this hotel... they need to improve their hospitality and service.
