Hotel Rock Stone - Hotel in Mussoorie - Dehradun, India

Unhygienic bedding, many times used Blankets and pillows are being given. Dirty ambience. Difficult to reach after mall road closer. do not provide mineral water. Feels suffocating while sleeping. Rate is too high. Its not worthy as I have travelled through Haridwar and Dehradun I have paid much lesser than this at Dehradun and Haridwar and Got far better Hotels. This costed me 4600/- for two Deluxe roo which doesn't look deluxe from any angle whereas Dehradun Hotel Limewood costed 3000 and Haridwar 3900 for two deluxe rooms where everythings were far far better.

As per the price it's a good hotel , well maintained room & washroom with free parking. The best part of the hotel is that it's at Mall road , you can easily access it via car & hotel staff is good.

terrible stay. bad room service. not so clean rooms. They are already include breakfast but not giving breakfast or basic tea. Then they will provide some rotten bread that they after 9:30am. Staff will be very rude. Packing needed to be done because breakfast was not prepared even at the time of checkout I.e by 9:30. So, we asked to pack the breakfast, so that we do not get late for our journey, in which we got this. Also, there was no manager in the hotel at that time and we tried calling him as well. But there was no response at that time from the manager as well. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a visit.

Stayed here for 1 day and regretted from the very beginning. Firstly we needed the exact location on phone but the manager was not picking up the call despite of calling for more than 10 times. Some of us had to reach hotel walking in the heavy rain to tell them to guide our car to hotel. 2) we had a MAP plan of dinner and breakfast together. They have no proper dinner arrangement table and served us in a filthy room where bear bottles and other junks was placed. The room was more like a junkyard. Also we asked for dal fry more and it tooks like 30 min to deliver. 3) generally breakfast is been served around 8 to 10 am but here even at 10 am hotel staff was ignoring our breakfast saying the chef is not well. We have our trip planned for the morning so we asked him to give packed sandwich which was nearly rotten. Even a basic water bottle was not served in the room and also the manager was hesitant for giving bottles in place of Tea which we missed due to there delay. We stayed here by the booking from sampurn yatra, shimla travel agent which was not at all helpful.

Firstly room is far from mall road . Service is not good. * We asked for warm water which they dont provide on time. * No water filling machine , they will charge you for water bottles. * Windows were open totally we had to put towel over windows to cover it. * Toilet flush doesnt work after 2 times max. * Gotta change the heater as it was not giving heating properly. * They charge extra for dropping . * Room was extra pricey during Christmas week. * Unsatisfactory experience with this hotel.

Would not recommend this hotel for stay. A basic tea order takes more than an hour to be delivered by hotel workers. The utensils with which they served tea were filthy and damaged. A bucket of water took an hour to fill from the geyser and most of the time we were using chilled water only. The washbasin taps were damaged. Bathroom window was broken anyone outside the window could see yor businesses. Damaged flush in toilet. Poor staff poor facility owner was greedy as hell. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a visit.

It's not recommended as you have to walk a lot to reach there. They don't provide any facilities for luggage. There is no lift so you have to lift your luggage .

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and for one whole day there was no electricity in one of the rooms due to some fault which was fixed the other day. We rented a heater for which we were charged 400 per night.. although due to no electricity we couldn't use the heater on the first day but still we were charged full amount. Overall, it was not a good experience .
