Hotel RN Grand - Hotel in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

Stayed there last week and it was very nice overall. Suchitra was of great help. From a service perspective, they can be slightly better. Not a complaint but just a pointer for them to know as improvement opportunity. I am writing this as I had to make 2 calls for getting Towels and it took them 20+ mins easily to provide it. Pros :: Car parking available in basement. Governorpet is a crowded place and street parking is very challenging - watch out. Room was pretty clean and maintained well. Centralized AC worked well as expected. Overall, Economical too when compared to the multiple hotels in that area / street. If you need a good budget friendly hotel simply go for this - they will not disappoint you at all. And it is pretty close to Kanaka Durga temple and the shopping areas nearby in Bandar (MG) road.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel RN Grand and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. The issues I encountered with their maintenance and amenities left me extremely dissatisfied with my stay. First and foremost, the hotel's maintenance was atrocious. From the moment I stepped into my room, it was evident that proper upkeep was not a priority. The walls were scuffed, the carpet was stained, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. It was disheartening to see such neglect, especially considering the price I paid for my stay. Furthermore, I was shocked to find that the hotel did not provide basic amenities such as shampoo and other toiletries. These are standard items that guests expect to be readily available in any reputable hotel. I had to go out of my way to purchase these essentials, which was both inconvenient and an unnecessary expense. In addition to the lack of amenities, the hotel's customer service was equally disappointing. When I brought up these issues with the front desk, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no solutions or apologies for the inconveniences I faced. It was evident that they did not prioritize guest satisfaction or take their responsibilities seriously. Overall, my experience at Hotel RN Grand was far from pleasant. The poor maintenance, lack of amenities, and unhelpful customer service left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of other options available that offer superior accommodations and a more welcoming environment.

Best experience best hotel but the bed was smaller than I think and it is modern

excellent hotel very clean and neat. very polite and helpful staff. only drawback no restaurant. but hotel manorama is close. their boys also bring food. all in all, very decent. clean sheets, clean toilet.

Very good n clean hotel with this price range with good location. I hv stayed there twice in 3 months only problem is restaurant is not working

They are cheaters they threatened me for extra 1000 at the reception being an outsider I paid and ran for my own safety I suggest don't go there please Key card I have and little marks on sheet you are charging 1000 on saying politely you threatened me with security and police since I was someone who was not local you played this trick

nice hotel to stay with decent rooms . Rooms are neat and tidy. located at walkable distance from both Railway station and Bus stand.All necessary things are available nearby. room service part need to be taken care to achieve better customer satisfaction

Third class service and behaviour of manager is very much rude... Please don't go there...They are really fake people and cheat guest with unknown damage....I have paid 1000 extra as they gave threat of police if I don't give.
