Pathetic service provided by this hotel.RK . first they misscominicat with customer abt charges on call but actually when u check out U have to pay more... worst part is that there is no recharge for tv if u tell to reception they will change set-up box. but not recharge tv. in frant of you... and very pathetic moment that two time i need to change my Room... every time for any reason u have call reception.. whatever charges they are taking in that u get many more options near by walking and directly... The receptionists were very angry women, You have to just listen only. They do not provide breakfast in these charges. you have to pay more money for that. At least they need to provide Hand wash. and soap was 10 Rupees medimix that also you have to ask. for my opinion is if you are coming directly, search by yourself dont even call the RK... You will get more good options in Your budget. very much worst hotel
Located on a busy, lively street about a km from the highway. Not easily seen from the street as the entrance is a little inside the building. Has limited underground parking for cars. Rooms are spotlessly clean including bathrooms, sheets and towels. Restaurant wasn't fully operational when we visited however staff delivered excellent food to our room. Very courteous service. Definitely would stay here again in future !
It is in the centre of the city. Rooms are available for reasonable prices.
Overall extremely satisfied. Spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms. Very helpful staff. Only issue is with room service. Since there is no restaurant on the premises, the room boys take your order and deliver. However since no bill is provided, there is no idea how much to tip. Would suggest the management to look into the same and make it more transparent. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in belgaum
Best ambience, Friendly Staff and Hygienic Rooms at reasonable prices as compared to competitors. Edit: continues to be excellent choice even now with new hotels being opened. For eg, one can check the new hotel opened beside which has so small rooms.
