Smelly Rooms and washrooms. Staf behaviour is Good. Calls are not properly recieved by managers. Managers behaviour is rude
Very pathetic and in bad condition. As no more good lodging avialble near by Raniganj so we went there but rooms were shabby, ac not working, lizards moving around, security not in place.
