I have visited the restaurant of Hotel RJ. Food quality is absolutely good and service is much punctual. Staffs are well behaved. A lovely atmosphere with exotic decor, nice place for fooding and chill out.

I had booked Banquet Halls with Food. The Banquet Hall seems nice but one should never book their Banquet including their in house catering. I have had the worst experience with the taste and quality of food provided for my event. I only complained after my full payment to the hotel. The complaint fell on deaf ears. They don't deliver on their promise. NEVER AVAIL THEIR "FOOD" WITH BANQUET.

The hotel is conveniently located on the highway. It can be a preferred stopover for people travelling from durgapur to kolkata. The overall decor and the rooms are very nice. The bar and restaurant is also good. Food is very nice. The service staff people are very friendly. Only one criticism that the bar menu is not updated. The cocktail menu is not matching with what they serve. Also the price on the menu to be updated.

I am a regular customer of there restaurant services. Food is too much delicious and tasty and variety always available. Hotel decoration is very fantastic. Staff's are good in behaviour. There is a gentle boy named 'sumanta',.His service melt my heart as well as my family members also.Loving place.

Decoration of this place is really extravagant. It has a fine dining restaurant and a bar. Both are really well maintained. Staffs are also well behaved. Foods are really delicious. So all over I think this is one best luxury restaurant in Burdwan.

Very bad experience. The staff is very badly behaved. There is no coordination between the staffs. There was no cooperation and we felt very badly treated. It was a horrible experience and ruined our celebration night. We were seated in the bar and we were refused to be served dinner there. It was a huge inconvenience and we had to go the restaurant to order dinner. Later on, they decided to serve dinner to another table in the bar itself, citing reasons like we didn't order enough drinks. This wasn't explaned before or we could have changed our order. When asked about this, they failed to explain their decision and treated us horribly. Never have I seen, management behaving this way to customers. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

I Went last week with my family. I liked it Very much.The decoration of the Hotel is incredibly beautiful.Hotel like this in Burdwan is amazing. Staff behaviour is very good. I think there is a girl named Sreeza , Whose manner was charming. The Sincerity of her service filled our hearts. I will Go again. In my openion Food quality needs to be improved.

Fast and most important think the food quality is very very bad and the quantity is not fulfilled by the price. Very much disappointed. The only good thing is ambiance.
