Good hotel nice room Service was little short Over all its a good hotel

Very poor maintenance. Last minute booking had to be made during onam rush so only this was available in "decent" segment. Washroom buckets were horrible but management gladly replaced them. There was a cockroach, again service staff were kind enough to give us a can of HIT. Very light on the pocket - paid 1500 per room night during the weekend rush . Opt for it if you are a "No fuss" traveller who wants a budget room. Don't have high expectations of soap, dental kit, towels, etc

A room was allotted only on upfront payment. There was no hot water to bathe or for freshening up even during December time. Hotel staff was poor in response for hot water and other amenities.

There is no maintanance, there is no room service, no hot water, no towel, no receptionist, maximum time no one is in reception, no TV too, no morning kid, no restaurant, no watchman, AC will never work!!!!!, insects also but they'll charge like 5 star hotel!!! This is suitable only for *** workers....

I stayed with my family members(had our 11 month old baby's function in Palani). Staffs understood the needs and situations especially when we have baby, helped us lot and very friendly. Rooms are maintained clean and hygienic. Resonable pricing when we book online. Walkable distance from bus stand. A happy and rememberable stay!

Very nice place, we booked for our guests few times and the service is always good. Small rooms but good enough, well maintained, clean and neat. Its near the bus stand and in the dindigul palani road. Easy access to temple, bus deppo and palani town . Parking space are good, staffs are very friendly . Hot water will be available from 7am till evening, bathrooms were clean snd neat too. . Overall its a good place to stay with family and kids

This hotel is situated little away from the traffic and nice place to live on. The hotel staffs are very much cooperative and service rendered by them is splendid. Also the rooms were clean and nicely arranged. I would recommend the hotel management to provide WiFi facility and also a restaurant within the hotel or room service. Although I could manage the food, from neighbouring vegetarian restaurant which is in a walkable distance. The hotel Manager (a native of Vadakara, Kerala) was very much cooperative and was helpful in sorting out my personal inconvenience which I had even outside the hotel. Overall nice hotel.
