I stayed at this location for 1 day during my visit to Agra. The room service was good & prompt. However the food was not good at all. The sabji was undercooked & they took a long time to serve the food at their restaurant (as mentioned earlier: Undercooked).I recommend that you eat outside.

Name only palace no quality of rooms and all these especially the door locks also waste and no more safety on rooms bedsheet and pillow covers no more cleaning dirty area literally.Last option only to choose this room

Facility are very good ,and if we need something they can provide imigatelly they are very humble and especially the boy of (RIYA PALACE) who's name is (KANA SOLANKI) he is very good. And very hardworking person and he is very friendly with other he can provide anything what we want

Almost average, but to for low range peoples. Means this may be considered as a good place for the peoples who can not afford high range of hotels.
Very bad experience, they given 3rd class room, no watter bottle provided, over priced. Derty kambal and bed, floor is not cleaned. Not recommended for booking. May be on spot it will give better room.
