Hotel River View Manali Near Mall Road - Hotel in Manali - Kullu, India

the only problem for me was room ..service was good and they provided free wifi and the food was good than i expected

The room is good but the service of this hotel is worse than I can expect. They promised me for the wifi connection but their is not any such connection. The food availability is very bad.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The manager or person named Rahul is a scammer. He asked for 500 advance for booking then we got into trouble and not able to make to the hotel and when we asked for refund that guy denied it. I would say poorest service in entire manali

I would never recommend this hotel to any sane person. Please dont make this mistake, there are many other good hotels in manali. Had a really bad experience and had to go through really unprofessional and indecent behaviour from the hotel management. We booked a room with them and gave them our advance payment for the room but due to change in plan had to cancel and asked for refund, we called every day for 10 days but they kept on ignoring us, at one point they stopped picking our calls and we were really patient with them and tried with different mobile no., despite of all that on one of the calls they literally refused to give us our money and the person said "Ja nhi dera karle jo karna hai" , so they basically stole our advance payment money.

Our booking was from 2nd May to 5th May via Agoda. After reaching hotel at 11:30 pm, they were saying to go to another hotel Radhika. Excuse given was that they allotted our room to others. Atleast have some courtesy to inform the customer prior. My child vomited for 8 continuous hours in the cab from Chandigarh to Manali. Upon reaching in poor health condition of my child, we are told to go to another hotel. Radhika hotel was a mess. Very dirty and misbehaved staff.

The service provided by one of the staff members was truly remarkable. His name is Sumit Sharma. The day I checked in, he was so helpful with everything. Whatever information I needed, he was ready with the answers. The room service was really quick. I asked him to fix the set top box and within an hour he fixed the issue. Overall experience was splendid

Hotel is in very good location its in walking distance from mall road and the view from outside of window is awesome. Rooms are spacious and clean the only concern or problem i faced with cafeteria. They are so lazy , they took 1-2 hours for every order and also not deliver the entire food

Hotel room was spacious and we'll maintained. View was great. it was never expected that the hotel will be like this. Hotel has full of amenities. helpful staff who is always available on a single call. As a couple we feel amazing morning tea in balcony with sound of river.
