Worst hotel ever
Everytime you enter your room you have to call them to start the air condition.
Gyser of almost room are not stable.
And they provide gyser working only in morning hours.
It was situated down a back street but I was pleasantly surprised when I got a here. The rooms were hot even with A/C and the beds were hard. Service was good and breakfast was basic. Superb location for The Ganges River. For the price, it was fairly ok.
Very poor experience, I had called to staff as mentioned on card for booking they are very rood not any professional way to talk.

An average hotel apt for a quick stay. The place is pretty old so don't expect good surrounding. They do not take online bookings. So please book directly.
We had a great stay at this hotel. Hotel also provided us with the boat ride to all the Ghat and Assi ghat evening Ganga arti (with nominal extra charges). They have good contacts if anyone is looking for banarasi saree or suits. Overall it was a great stay, and do recommend to other tourists who will be visiting varanasi.
Worst experience, services ,staff behaviour and perfectly negative . Never suggest anybody to come to this hotel ever . Staff behave negatively .
