An exceptionally good hotel. Rooms are of good size having all necessary amenities.Good quality toiletries are provided in the Wash room. Breakfast served is adequate. Behavior of staffs in all departments like Front desk, Housekeeping and Room service are all exemplary.I stayed in Premier Ivy Room no206 during 2nd to8th November. My only suggestions are: 1) Room flooring has become old and a bit worn out and needs change. 2) Quality of Fruits given in breakfast should be checked beforehand. Overall a very good experience. Thanks to all the staff and management.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were great and the hotel is located at prime location just behind the GST Bhawan. We stayed there for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The complementary breakfast is very good plus the food quality and quantity both are just perfect.

Huge infestation of cockroaches in the rooms. It seems like the hotel is not spending much on upkeep and maintenance, paint chipping off, faulty door locks and lack of service staff. Not a good value for money.

It was very lovely being there.The staff is very humble and rooms are very spacious.I recommend to visit this hotel if u r looking for a better stay.

Loved the hotel. Just near the VFS office. All transportation available nearby. Staff were so helpful especially the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean and all amenities were available. Location is excellent and safe. Love to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Ritu Ivy Kolkata for a short visit to Kolkata. My stay lasted for two days, and I had an early morning flight to catch. The hotel's location is very convenient as it is situated close to Gariahat, and it offers easy communication to the airport. In terms of location, the hotel is within walking distance (around 500 meters) from Acropolis Mall. However, I couldn't find any good restaurants nearby for breakfast or meals if one prefers dining outside. Auto rickshaws are readily available for commuting to nearby places, which is a plus. The room I stayed in was not very spacious, but it was sufficient for two people. The bed and beddings were clean, and the room provided amenities such as a small fridge (although I didn't check if it was working), an electric kettle, one coffee mug, one tea table, and two sofas. The air conditioning in the room was adjustable, which was convenient. However, the bathroom in the room needs some attention from the hotel management. The towels were in bad condition, and the geyser was not working. The shower was functional, but there was water logging while taking a bath. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not up to par. Regarding food and the restaurant, my experience was good. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our two-day stay. The quality of the food was more than sufficient, and the taste was good. The charges for meals were moderate. However, the breakfast options were limited. I must mention that the staff in the restaurant were very helpful and cooperative, which added to the overall dining experience. They even arranged customised menu for us. One aspect that was disappointing was the price of the packaged drinking water. It was significantly higher than the printed price, with one bottle being charged Rs52.00, which was way above the market price. Overall, my experience at Ritu Ivy Kolkata was value for money.
