Very good hotel and great place to stay in Bhuj city. The staff is also very good natured. The most important thing is that the owner is very good natured and answers any call anytime. Even though I called at midnight 12:10 am, he picked up my phone.

Such poor behavior of the lady receptionist. I had stayed there with my parents. And there were two receptionists for day and night. The night one was nice. But the lady working in the afternoon was soo ill mannered. She wasn't patient or supportive at all. She even fought with me so much that everyone got out of there rooms to see. I complained to the owner about her and the next morning, she started fighting with my mom again. So we knew the owner had no control, there was no sense in complaining.

We had online booking in hotel Ritish but due to conflict between hotel owner and booking website Mytravely they refused to give us room and asked to pay again for the room... Due to which we have to go for new hotel search amid of heavy rain and thunder... Really uncooperative owner... Overall very bad experience...
