1. Double bed was the combination of 3 mattresses that too was very much uncomfortable.2. No switches for electricals/fan were working good.3. Air flaps of the AC were completely removed already. Nothing was there as per the attached image.4. Geyser was broken.5. No soap, toothpaste, shampoo etc. in the bathroom. Also only 2 towels were available for 4 people.6. Most important point- No power back up in the hotel. 7. No wifi on 3rd floor.8. Water pressure in the bathroom was very slow 9. Room doors were in very broken condition.10. And many more things like swimming pool water was not cleaned.11. Whole building was under construction.12. However we called the staff by dialing the number from landline as we were on 3rd floor. We told them about all these issues, their straight answer was " You can cancel the trip". We already paid the amount so we don't had that option.Horrible Experience.
Not even an average hotel. 1. The location is tapovan but it is inside a narrow lane with no instructions on the main road. But they do have the parking space. 2. Rooms are spacious but unkempt, dirty and old. No basic toiletries in the bathroom. 3. You don't find people on the reception to address the customers. 4. Charge you hefty for almost nothing. 5. They include GST in the total amount and decline to provide a bill. For real.
Don't book this hotel. Service is very bad. They don't have dth with tv and wifi was not working, so you are not able to watch TV. Extra mattress is very thin. Whole day power was fluctuating. In night for long time Ac and fan was not working. Also parking is open common area so any person can park car. One person parked his car in front of my car and for 4 hours I was searching owner of that car. Prise is too high as per facility. They don't have cold water and soft drink. For any order I need to follow up 4-5 times. I was asking towel and they gave me after 4 hours. So better not to book this hotel.

This hotel even don't deserve 1 star, very poor service, they made me wait 2 hours for check in, charged for breakfast in booking but no breakfast at hotel, after discussing they arranged breakfast from roadside stall, very poor response from management, as per my observation all guests have similar issues
