Good Hotel, nice location, and value for money rooms, Stayed there twice when in jhansi, And loved the hotel. Clean and tidy rooms plus hot water availability too. Just the television wasnt working and the utensils present in rooms were not clean. Rest U can opt for affordable stays in Jhansi
Best place to stay in jhansi in terms of services, connectivity from the city and I must say the place is very well maintained and Food is awesome, price and quality wise. In terms of room service also they were quick to respond even in the late nights. I was there for 4 days and felt so comfortable. Happy the way Rishabh has managed the Hotel cos I have visited the same after 20yrs and amazed to see how it has grown and maintained..
very bad experience in service. hotel owner bad behaviour with guest. staff also very bad. never suggest for this hotel for any function and room booking. near by this hotel Tulsi hotel is much better. one of the worst hotel and hotel owner I had ever seen. please not not book this hotel .
Giving it a one star because there is nothing less than this - Bathrooms - geyser was leaking on day 1. They changed it later in the day. Water supply patchy. Shower knob broken. Bath towels stained and didn't looked like they were washed properly. Bedroom - sheets stained very poor quality and possibly very old pillows. Pillow covers stained Staff...rude and did have any idea/training on hospitality. Another room had rats in them!!! Not recommended.
