Very nice experience to stay at Rio Meridian Hotel. Best hotel, good, neat and clean rooms + washroom. Good and on time service. No delay ever. Breakfast quality is best but taste can be improved. Happy to book and stay in Rio Meridian Hotel.

It was a awesome stay at Rio Meridien in Mysore Had an unfortunate incident wherein Mr. Raymond - Front Office Manager was of great help to us. We are very thankful for his quick response and help to us. The food is good and the people working here are very professional. Do come and stay here.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Rio Meridian in Mysore. Wonderful service with very well prepared delicious foods and the presentation. Everyone enjoyed in our group of 17 people. All great reviews. Will surely come back on next trip.

Warmth and Homely place to stay. The staff at the entrance especially Mr. Navin is a wonderful personality who makes you feel at home. The overall experience with my family was nice. The hotel is located in the proximity of most of the good sieght seeing place. The rooms and the upkeep is good. The breakfast spread is also elaborate.

This is the worst hotel anyone has ever been to. The air conditioners are not working. There are pieces of food in the drawers, under the beds, and where not. There is stagnant water in the glasses and kettles. The cupboards are smelling of oil. The canteen is near the washrooms that are not clean, nor are they hygienic. We according the reviews online I have high expectations, but this has certainly disappointed me. The kitchen for veg and non veg are the same. The plates are not washed properly, they are oily without eating anything. The cutlery is dirty.

Never stay at this hotel ever this is the worst hotel in the world. When we were gone outside means me and my family they came in my room and they put our things from one place to another and only placed two fresh towels and water bottles and The Manager said that they are the house cleaner The rooms were very conjusted there was no exaust fan in bathroom. Food was not good and there were no chocos in breakfast no bread toaster. Swimming pool was a fat tub of water and colour blue instead of a pool Cafe was not open Then after our complain the manager apologized.

Overall a good stay with delicious food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner). Management needs good training. Tried multiple times to reach the given contact number, but no response. It's a bit annoying when you need some confirmation. Other areas to improve are - 1. Early check-in facility, based on room availability. 2. Most of the time no response from Housekeeping on given numbers 3. I didn't find any English newspapers distributed to the room or in the lobby.Could be better' to consider it based on customer requests. 4. Smiles are missing from most of the staff. Not sure what was the reason. 5. The checkout process should be quick. I kept waiting to get my final bill even though I intimated about my early check-out couple of hours ahead. 6. Ensure to keep working condition remotes . I got one broken one, but got replaced after reporting to reception.

We stayed here for 1 day and it was a good experience. The rooms were pretty decent and had good internet connection enough to do office work if needed. The food is decent and has option to order ahead by calling the restaurant. Restaurant staff were great and handled customers properly. Complementary breakfast is good. There is lots of parking available around the property and in the basement.
