Only one major plus point is location Staff also good. But room and hygienes horrible. According to price, Small room dirty Bed sheet and pellow cover and insects and cockroaches every where in room.

Worst Kind of accommodation and service you can get at a hotel.. Non Cooperative Staff.. Booked it for 3 People with extra charges but the hotel provide a small room with no space for matteress.. Also This hotel is pretty basic for the price they are charging go check other places if you are about to book this hotel.. You can get way better hotels than this at this price

If you want to stay in the heart of Panjim city , surrounded by heritage properties ,cafes, and local bars, this is the place . Rooms are not huge but comfortable enough. Service is good . If you are on vacation, meanwhile, you check in at 12 noon , and you can go for breakfast nearby . that's the perfect utilization of time . In some reviews I've read about the guy on reception is rude, but his tone is like that . He will try his best to serve and make you feel better. Highly recommended

Just an average hotel. Main USP of this hotel is that it is situated in main fontainhas, so you will be able to explore the beauty of the Portuguese street without worry of time. Cons- Hotel is very dirty, no warm water in shower, No good food.. It was a terrible experience of staying in such a hotel.
