Rooms are ok. Cleaning is something to be improved. Service was nice. Bathrooms were clean. We got the room on the counter and the attendant at the counter was a nice person namely Tony

S. Charanjit Singh's , H otel Revoli @ Amritsar is a very DINGY place, & very unsafe for ladies. We had booked 2 deluxe rooms for two nights since it was by IRCTC, they offered us ONE single room with 4 beds. Mr Charanjit singh's assistant, did NOT even know what rooms we had booked!! The rooms did not have any windows. We saw the hotel rooms & its surroundings & walked out at 9.30 PM in the night. In case someone lock us from outside, even if we scream for help, outside public cannot help us. NO other people were staying in the hotel. Asked for reimbursement for the next day, Mr Charanjit s said contact the person from where you have booked, i.e IRCTC. Cases where only ladies are travelling, kindly DO NOT choose this place to STAY. IRCTC, kindly INSPECT the hotels that are under your partnership.

Not good at all. Room full of cockroaches and bugs. Rooms are very dirty. Lots of stain on Blanket. Flush where not working properly. Also watter in filter was so yuck that many of us got throat infection. And for mineral water they used to fill same water in bottle and take 20rs for same water. As many member are aged and they didn't able to understand their scam.

Very narrow stairs with more steps. Room given to us was a rat hole with pungent smell. Very money minded. AC could not give us any cool air but troubling sound. Dirty ambience. Really very bad experience. Immediately we shifted to a better hotel

The horrible hotel I have ever been, room was dirty and stinking, washroom was also the same, don't waste your money here as owner was also not cooperative, I asked for water bottle and they sent the normal water and said it's a mineral water and charged accordingly. Room waas full of bugs.

Pros: 1. Easily locatable, very near to hall gate Cons: 1. Wifi was faulty, despite repeated requests the owner was not able to provide wifi 2. Room service is very poor, for eg. a. Good night mosquito repellent was not provided despite repeated requests b. TV was not functioning and the helper didn't even know how to fix it c. Asked for room upgrade but they simply refused it 3. Rooms are very small for a family of four 4. Can see spider webs all around, cleanliness was simply not there 5. Unprofessional receptionist, an old man he is not equipped with how to handle the customer

Do not book this hotel at any cost. No hygiene the blankets were in a really bad condition and the rooms were dirty as hell. The rooms were smelling some what like a gutter , and when asked for the solution they just sprayed some perfume. And we also asked for changing the blankets... They just made us wait and we slept without blankets. There is no proper working taps in the bathroom and geysers. There is no cleanliness of the room and the bathrooms . Really waste of money. I wanted some memorable memories with my family but this hotel proved somewhat like a nightmare.

The rooms were very clean n comfortable beds. pool area nice n big plenty sun beds, friendly atmosphere, polite and ideal for families and friends, couples. The restaurant were close by about 10-15 walk slight steep hill walk (not ideal for people with walking difficulties). Beach about 15mins walk from the hotel clean few restaurants close by and very clean (not ideal for people with walking difficulties as there's steps to get to beach). Taxis are always available and great price. Weather was great and sunny. Food was lovely at the restaurants. There's a lovely Indian restaurant (aunties Indian) wow delicious food.
