I have had a very bad experience in this hotel and its reason has been mentioned . 1) Any AC does not work properly, produces too much noise (need to proper maintenance) 2) There is no professional staff, no one in the kitchen staff has the etiquette to talk to the customers. (Good staff only pandey ji & dwiwed ji) 3) The food is very oily and spicy. Even after the customer's refusal, the oil and spices are not reduced. 4) The lifter is very old due to which it makes a lot of noise while going up and down, which disturbs the people living in the room. 5) Maximum items mentioned in hotel menu are not available 6) Blankets are not very neat and clean, there are stains at some places, there is a lot of need to improve it. Bedsheet and blanket are changed only on your request. Other wise, blanket change is not done quickly.
Hotel is I guess newly constructed like 3-4 years back, but not maintained properly. Room service needs to be improved a lot as it is not a good experience for any of the guest. Hygiene is what they are missing which needs to be taken care of utmost priority.

My stay was for 2 days and the AC stopped working at around 2 AM both nights, the bedsheets weren't clean also they did not clearly mention the charges beforehand and asked for more at the time of checkout. Free breakfast was there with 2 option poha and paratha(not good at all, it was made of some poor quality flour)
