Hotel Rest Zone - Hotel in Surat, Un - Surat, India

It's a little far from the City centre (Near the highway Flyover) , but nearby the Exam centre so serve the purpose , The Host was Very helpful & cooperative , the Dorm was very Clean . Value For Money Stay .

Hotel receptionist is polite and very helpful. He is very informative and makes sure his customers get the best experience. About the cabin ...bed is very well made and comfortable with curtains to maintain your privacy.(But no curtains are provided for top beds...so you have to choose between privacy and fan). There is no restaurant available in or near the hotel so make sure you make necessary arrangements as per your need prior travelling here.. bathroom is cleanest with Gyser..and drinking water aquaguard facility is available along with chilled water for your exception sole traveller experience. ##Best place for budget and sole traveller..## Behaviour of the Staffs ...Privacy and Security facility...and the clean cabin and bathrooms... And most importantly the view from the glass of the hotel where you can see the busy traffics of Surat..

Very decent and polite owner.. Neat and Clean dormitory, This is my first stay here in the Rest Zone dormitory but from this time i will only stay in this dormitory if i am in the city.

Location is good. Service is good. But they do not let you use AC until they get enough bed sold out. And they don't have iron or smoking room as mentioned.
