Best if you are going for shopping in Surat. Close to the market, just take auto, close to railway station. No disturbance from hotel staff. Punctual and helpful. High recommended from my side. One of the best budget hotel in Surat.

1.) Friendly staff & helpful 2.) Rooms were spacious & well maintained. 5.) Bathrooms were always cleaned up & Cleanliness always there. 6.) Affordable rooms. 7.) Walking distance from railway station. 8.) Hotel was beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish.

We stayed there for three days 29 Nov 2023 to 2 dec 2023 in hope after first day of disastrous behaviour as promised to better service but none was done Horrible staff and worse managers ever They loot you off by suggesting to take their help in finding your local travels and the rooms not only stink but their ac is not serviced which got me a cold, bedsheets have stain marks and rooms are very small The rooms are not at all worth the payment and the service is horrible The wash basin is baby size and even after repeated reminders they don't clean your room The managers are not only irresponsible but arrogant and make fake promises so beware of their commitments, they don't adhere to it. Being a lady I will never recommend you all to opt for this option There are many options online I will say any option will be better than this Please trust me when I say not even worth one star I am also putting in a formal complaint for the same to be actioned. I have on my business trip. I have booked this hotel for 2 days. A nice and budget hotel near Surat Railway Station. I booked a Super Deluxe room. The front desk manager provided a hassle free check-in to me. even at 1:30am midnight Neat and clean rooms. Breakfast was very good. Overall a nice hotel to stay near Surat Railway Station.

This is very near to SMIMER HOSPITAL. Accessible area to all kinds of transport The owner was kind to give us a twin bed room on the spot at a reasonable price. Clean rooms and bathroom especially. Good and quick room services all time. Clean beds, floor ,windows. Bill was produced systematically They even called rickshaw for us when we needed it. We were two girls who came for official visit and found it very safe. Owner Uncle is really nice and kind. Thank you Was a very pleasant stay

Superb hotel for a short stay!! Not over priced for the area, super clean rooms with towel soap, ac, and working TV. Hotel staff exceptional behaviour, You won't be disappointed. Don't believe the bad reviews, the management here are honest and your stay will be comfort.
