We had a terrible experience. There were noises that disturbed our sleep throughout the night. At times, I noticed someone tried to enter our room. It kept me up for rest of the night in fear. We were a group of two families. Later, we learnt from the other family that someone sneaked into their room at 11:50 pm using a flashlight. When they shouted, he left by taking their room key card. When they complained to the hotel manager, he said it must have been some guest who did this. On further questioning that how can another guest enter when they don't have a masterkey to the room, they confessed that a drunk hotel staff illegally entered their room. We made the worst decision in a hurry to spent the night in this hotel because we had to avail an early morning departure from Rajasthan today itself.
Best hotel ever.. The staff behaviour was good and polite.. The rooms were clean and hygienic.. The room service was good and quick..
Worse hotel in Jaipur. Staffs are thief. My puma Slipper was disappeared in thin air after housekeeping guys cleaned it. They even checked in CCTV still couldn't find the slippers. No hot water in washroom, electricity keeps going. No room service and most unhygienic n tasteless food ! Please don't even stay for free ! It's a nightmare.
Worse hotel ever to stay. Worse safety. Please keep your bags and belongings safe. As the room cleaning guys are theif. Mine Puma Slip-on were stolen and no one returned it. Pillows and bedsheets are used and torn.
Except for the staff the location and room if reasonable and nice. for an emergency stay its good.
Inside lock was broken. And I was told it is normal. How could one sleep without locking the door?
Room service was not good. TV and heater were not working. Towel and toilet paper didn't provide. They didn't provide hot water.But the room was clean and good,The staff's were friendly.

I stayed at this hostel recently and booked one bed with them. The bed was comfortable and the ambience of the room given to me was nice. The peace and the overall environment here is very nice for backpackers like me. The food is reasonably priced
