The hotel is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. I have been a regular visitor since 2012. We have hosted multiple events there. During the floods our UN hub for post disaster needs assessment was functioning for over 3 months . The food and service are excellent. Wishing the team all the very best

I have visited Residency Tower many times to attend seminars. Food is good with limited veg options. Staff is well behaved, though manpower can be scanty at times. Hotel is easily accessible. Low on space inside yet has a soothing ambience. Parking facilities are commendable.
Way too overpriced for the quality of food. Service was good but the food was just okay. Ordered Lassi, which was so sweet that we could not drink more than a couple of sips.
One of the best hotels in the main city. The hotel is very nice and hygienic. The staff is very cooperative and well behaved. Nice place to stay and enjoy the city.
Absolutely appalling place. We visited the roof top for dinner. First up they didn't even clean the table before seating us. The chairs were old and broken. When the did bring the glasses, it wasn't even washed properly. The toilet was not at all clean and it's smaller than matchbox. You can hardly stand there. Finally felt sick of all the nonsense and left without eating.
