This hotel is very nice near panjim church room is very clean and very nice location staff is very helpfull and furkan bhai is very friendly person in this hotel i have good experience with this hotel in budget friendly is good thing

This hotel is situated in capital of Goa - Panjim walkable distance from big daddy's cassino. View is really good from this hotel.

Location of hotel is good. Rooms are OK. But housekeeping is not upto that level. Owner has manitained old Heritage structure. But bathroom are not good. Doors are broken from bottom. TV not working. AC not working. Staff is not that much friendly. Will not book thsi hotel again. No free breakfast. Owner should improve the condition of hotel.

The guy Ali (worker) started fighting IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT for no reason, service was horrible. The rooms were a bit smelly and conjugated. No respect at all. In the Washrooms I felt like someone was watching me and was very creepy.. I don't recommend this hotel.

Hotel is OK but location is very nice. It's opposite side of daltin jaqk casino. Walking distance to casino from hotel. It's renovated from old house so structure is old.

The only good thing i found about the hotel is location. restaurant bus stop all are within 1 km distance. But the hotel is like a hell. It's a very old place and management doesn't bother to renovate the place. Bathroom tiles are broken. Wash basin is with lots of cracks. Bedsheet pillow all are very dirty. Paid 2400 for oneday and it was like a hell like experience. Rooms are so dirty that you will feel like it is not cleaned for years.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Very easy to locate from the main road. The view of this hotel and the view from this hotel is good. Stands tall above the ground. Parking is however bit conjusted over here. The road in front of the hotel is steep and narrow. About the rooms, The bed can accommodate 3 adults. And 1 extra mattress easily. Toilets are clean, hot water available. Wardrobe available. Freezer available. Working A/C and working TV. Bed was spring loaded and cozy. The staff was kind enough to change the dirty bedsheet and pillows, which is difficult to be found nowadays. It's however expected to keep those clean before someone checking in. They have their own restaurant beneath the hotel rooms. The price is too high for 2000/-. I suggest 1000/- the service and room provided.

You can experience the stay in an old Goan House at this Hotel. The Rooms are good and the location is great is you want to stay near the Casinos and Panjim. The staff is very very nice and helpful. I chose the hotel as it was on the way of the Goa Carnival and stones throw away from Azad Maidan where the events were happening. Its not suggested for people with difficulty with Stairs as you cannot avoid them at all. as the floors and ceiling are mostly wood, its aged now and has worms as you will see the wood powder made by the worms falling from the ceiling. We enjoyed the stay and the feel of an old antique house with squeaky wooden floor and stairs. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was an icing on the cake, as we went for the Goa Carnival and all the events and the parade was almost right there.
