One of the oldest lodges & restaurant but the upkeep is pathetic despite good footfall. The reception staff are very ignorant. Rooms and beds are dirty, bed linen and blankets are torn, dirty. For bath towels u will need to wait, as they will say it's on the way after laundry. Pretty sad state of affairs presently, request the management to take up a renovation, with good maintenance and service this hotel can generate good revenue.

It's a good lodge for staying. Clean and the service is good. Suggestion here is to add ACs to all the types of rooms. Apart from that arrange a lift for the aged people.

Visited here 10..15pm for dinner ordered some food service is very poor even not gave TISSUE PAPER and BADESOP also.

This restaurant was awesome once upon a time. It has lost it's touch now. Service is horrible. Food is not at all good considering the amount one pays. Their Paneer tikka is such a joke. You will be frustrated after eating here.

One of well known researcher& prof. Visited belgaum & asked me to suggest a lodge.i insisted her to book a room in renuka initially she had no problm but after checkout she got calls from staff member/manager. As bedsheet had a small stain mark due to her health issue . .although she apologized for the same n aggreed to either pay or replace the same with new one on her next visit . .but the rude guy denied and spoke very rudely with the lady and said he wont even allow her in the hotel next time. .she said it was her worst experience n would never ever enter in that hotel again. .very rude staff. .she would like to speak to higher authority or owner. .he should have some manners & demeanour while speaking to a lady. .he could have dealt with this issue in more efficient way
