Earlier also 3 times I have stayed in this Hotel. This time booked & paid for Standard rooms with no views room. After reaching Hotel, a very warm welcome by reception desks & they have updated my room with 3 beds super deluxe room & excellent views. I was with my family 3 members. This Hotel is very close (100 mts) to M.G.Marg, the main point of Gangtok city, only 3 mins walking. Nice rooms, nice food quality. excellent location and views. staffs behavior are good & helpful.

Really big rooms with lift facilities near to MG Marg. Good parking facilities. Service is good. Food menu needs improvement. Otherwise good hotel. Prob : Steep slope in entrance. Otherwise very good and definitely recommend. Great value for money.
Hotel is in best location with Kanchanjangha view. But unfortunately you can't go upstairs due to restriction and private area. MG Marg is within 2KM and all required shops are nearby. Rooms are good and support staffs are very friendly and helpful.

I really like this Hotel. I have had a really great experience here. The view from here is amazing. The service of this hotel is great . The only area this hotel should work on is the food. The food was good but not tasty. Overall I'll give 4.5 Stars to this hotel.
