The location is amazing with ample parking space (usually it's quite difficult to find parking space but that's not the case here). The staffs are very polite and accommodating. After getting disappointed with the taste of vegetarian food in Hans, Ginger, Rainbow etc we decided to have Diwali meet-up in Reliance hotel. To my surprise they served us a welcome drink and ended the dinner with a sweet drink which was superb. The food was yummy and really happy to find the best spot for vegetarian food in Bokaro. Overall the best place for family get together or friends reunion and would recommend to give it a shot.
First of all this is not a hotel, it's dharamshala. It us mainly for stay of baarati as a wedding hall is just adjacent to this dharamshala. Rooms are unnecessarily big to adjust extra baraati people. Service is pathetic, you may have to beg for a bottle of water. There's a restaurant at it's ground, that's somewhat good.
Hotel Reliance has the best restaurant in whole of Bokaro. It is the only place I absolutely love having vegetarian cuisine from. People who know me might be a little shocked because I am a hard core non vegetarian. I live their salt and pepper paneer but my all time favourite is Paneer butter masala.
The room was nice, very lovely and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and okay. The service and staff took too much time and a lot of information. The place where they get water is a bit scary. Someone might fall from it. Improve your customer service
I stayed there for a business trip solo for more than 15 days ... 1st. Same breakfast provided daily .. which has a variety like aloo paratha; poha ; tea coffee; omlet; daily same Puri sabzi also same (needs improvement) not so bad not so good like that .. service providing is best while you're eating.. 2. Rooms are wide enough and AC works well but they have so much electricity cut off due to that many days I have to walk 3 floors up and down many times and also the water heater is also not working while the light is cut off... 3. They don't allow outside food but u can take food at the door of the hotel. Also their food prices are so high that u never ever gonna order specially as solo it's not good to order 250rs paneer and If it doesn't taste well who will eat that much ... they don't provide half plate or anything like that ... Which needs to improve for solo person ... 4. Over all good place to stay for business purposes only
You can feel these are old rooms though the hotel looks good and the bus stand is nearly 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hotel
It's good place to stay over night. There are available both AC and Non-AC rooms. Single Double or Family rooms are available. It's location is also good. Staff behaviour is also good. Foods are also served by them but you've pay extra fees for it. You can take food from outside hotels or mess.

A good newly built hotel, clean rooms, good service. I checked in at midnight, and still it did not take any time to get me to room! Mr Raj was available on call all the time for anything and everything. Food was always freshly prepared.

Everything was to the mark. Supportive staff , all basic amenities present like wifi, person at bell, 24 hours electricity with DG support. Food in restaurant was also mouth watering.
