Hotel Relax - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Did not enjoy this hotel at all. In fairness we arrived in Dehli and our actual hotel was cancelled so we had no option but to stay here. The room was fine, expensive for what it is but fine. The staff were terrible. They hounded us and expected tips at every turn. On the first night I had no change so have 2 guys 500 ruppees each. Just for showing us our room. The very next visit they demanded tip tip tip again. Told us they have no wifi either. Really hated this hotel and a terrible location for anything to do in Dehli.

I personally wants to share my review regarding room. Room no 107 is pathetic cleaning at his worst level. My whole body is etching the quality of bed and the things used in hotel is worst. I highly recommend not to stay at this hotel.

I have visited there with my family for 1 day . Room is ok. Before finalizing the room you have to clear all the things with owner. If you miss out anything they will charge to you for that one . Prize is higher side of the hotel. You can bargain here as much you can do. Don't order food in hotel they will charge double for any food you order bcoz they don't prepare any food in hotel . They take food from out side and serve to you . Near by so many options available for food . They have charged for 2 rooms with 1 single extra bad around 4500 rs . If you want to take tea right side of the intrance of the Hotel only 20 feet there is a good tea stall. Never try hotel tea it is too much costly and very bad taste. Not Recommended

Rooms are good as expected but the service wasn't reaching the expectations. Located in the middle of the market. The hotel is very well decorated with the antiques which I loved about this hotel. Instant heater for hot water. Rs.1550/- for 6hours I found it costly personally. There is a balcony on the 2nd floor of nice gardening but the tablets need maintenance. Overall the hotel is good.

A new shape has been given... Rooms are very good with natural light and it is very handy to your pockets.

Stayed for one day. Initially given a room which was old. Toilet was dirty and having water blockage. Later shifted to another room which was smaller but better. But there was no ventilation for the room and the heater was not working. Location is inside market. Plus points are hotel is at walkable distance from R K Ashram marg metro station. Reception people helped in guiding the ola driver in finding the hotel at the time of checkout.

Best place in middle of crowded market but is with most sought silent zone in the hotel. Well cleaned and extraordinary interiors of hotel rooms. It lacks food facilities but many nearby food junction are there to explore other than this hotel. Lovely place with lovely staff. Easy to access, find and relax.

Price is good for the services being provided but it will be better if you first go there and see the quality of rooms as well as water supply in bathroom.
