Totally bakwas.. we had booked hall for the program but AC is not working at all.. and their staff is so rude. Specially Mr. Santosh..oh my god please owner of this hotel pay attention and teach this man some manner. He is so rude and don't know how to handle the customer and not co-operative at all.. never recommend to anybody for this hotel. Worst experience ever.. I wish Google had a 0 Star option for the review..

Ac not working, zero maintenance, so rude behavior specially manager santosh. I will never visit this hotel ever. And also suggest everyone to not visit this hotel. Very very bad experience.
Had worst experience at hotel regents... specially manager Santosh is so rude mouth and he misbehaves... he doesn't have manners to talk.... we faced many difficulties during our program... like AC was not working.... manager was not co-operating with us.... i suggest everyone to not visit hotel regent ever.
