HOTEL REGENTA INN RANIP - AHMEDABAD, BY ROYAL ORCHID HOTELS . - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

First the good parts. The staff was very nice and polite. We were there for the WC finals and our anniversary. They had given us a double room which they changed at the last minute to a king size bed which was nice. Next day they arranged for flowers and cake which was appreciated. Now the bad part. When we came back from the match later at night, there was no hot water. My wife found that accidentally while taking shower so she had to take cooked shower. I called maintenance. They took over 2 hours and the problem still didn't get fixed. I ultimately asked for hot water bucket which took multiple attempts to get and long time. I was really tired, it was very late and I ended up taking a bath with bucket. Not a good end to the stay. So the people are nice but the property is dated.

This hotel doesn't meet my expectations .service is so poor...there's loud noise till 2am.so you can't sleep..poor dietary Nothing works in toilet shower ..will never recommend this hotel to anyone.our stay was for 3 nights but we forfeited one night cost and decided to move to crown Plaza...regenta didn't refund our money. Very Bad experience of hotel serves in India..nothing good to say...customer services are so poor...

We stayed during the Ind vs Pak match at this property. The rooms are nice and clean. Very good room size and decent amenities. The breakfast was expansive and delicious local dishes. Hitesh is very Polite, courteous and helpful. They even managed early check in for most people checking in on the same day as the cricket match.

We checked in for three nights but did not have a good experience with our stay. Room was too noisy despite changing rooms in the middle of the night. Service was not up to international standards. Staff seemed reluctant to greet us and listen to our concerns.

It's a beautiful property and well serviced. We travelled with two senior citizens and were well looked after. Hitesh and Gaurav in the front desk always with a smile, Chef Amit who took extra effort to cook a homestyle meal, all in all, it was a pleasant experience to stay in Regenta in

We stayed in Royal Orchid Baroda and we had amazing experience where as Regenta Ahmedabad experience was really NOT as expected. Service is too slow , rooms cleaning request was sent at 9am and cleaninh dony at 3.30pm with several reminders . Shampoo and Lotions were not filled . Morning hot water not provided , we waited for 1 hour. OVERALL WE R DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE! location is good though . Room sizes are good . Reception doesn't pick calls on time . I wonder is Baroda and this hotel have same management ?

The hotel was soo good! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff at reception were super nice. The rooms were well lit, clean. Bathroom was good. Food was amazing. They gave me a wakeup call too. I am very impressed by the service they provided. All my expectations were far far exceeded.

Good location however, not enough attention and attendants! Missing hotel parking and some of the floors were blackout due to renovation as it seems! Lifts are slow and busy and hence used stairs! stairs are not having enough lights.
