The hotel was good and the stay was also comfortable. The location is easy reachable. only the food is not as good. as I am for North India and we loved different types of food and flavor the same is missing here. also breakfast was the same every day.

1) Five stars for giving us 24hrs checkout. I.e they charged for one day only for checkout from 9Pm to next day 9PM. So travellers ... Call them and ask for it than booking it online where there is only option for 12-12 checkout.

3) Very good and fast restaurant to room service.
4) Great food at very affordable rates. Actually we searched for other restaurants nearby and later found that it is better to eat from here than from outside.
5) Great complementary breakfast - Ask for live Dosa and omlette. We got to know about it only after finishing breakfast. If regency is reading this just try to convey this to customers.
Some things that could be improved- I think it is a renovated hotel. There was a broken window pane in bathroom. So kindly take care of things like these. It's okay for budget business trips. But could attend to these things as it would make families more comfortable.
As I am a South Indian who can manage a little Tamil i had no problem. But I think staff should have some more capability to handle English to converse with other state travellers as most of the staff seem to know only Tamil including the front desk staff.
Nice Rooms, we had a room with rusty taps. Car parking needs to be improved.
Visited this hotel for a business meeting and in reception the air condition facility was available but it was not switch on for whole day. No one has cared how customers will be able to attend the meeting with comfort. It was a great cost cutting by them

Hygienic, affordable, luxurious rooms, at most care taken in maintaining the bathrooms. Good quality food and the breakfast is a must try. Staffs behaviour is icing on the cake. Courteous and polite.
The Silent hotel. I didn't stay at this hotel. We have gone for Lunch. The Lunch we couldn't find more menu. But the items taste good and quantity is sufficient. Slightly at higher price. Parking is a challenge. You have to park at 10metera distance
