Hotel Regency - Guest house in Surat - Surat, India

Very poor service. The staffs are extremely rude to customers.The facility is not matching with the room rent. There are many good and affordable hotels with good services nearby. Especially its maintenance work is happening and it's full of dust.

Very Nice hotel for stay. Clean & staff is well mannered. Only problem is there is no in-house restaurant. Though they have arrangements if you want to order some food from room.

Located Oppositte To Surat Railway station. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Staff behavior was good. They were polite. But the hotel and it's rooms are not in a good condition. Not much clean. Everywhere phenyl smell. Experience was like staying in a low class hotel. Room rates are also High. Not recommended.

Don't go with pics. It's a Zero star hotel. No water in toilet. Bathroom Door lock not there...so bathroom door remains open and the whole room is stinking as no water in bathroom. Fan regulator not working. Intercom unit out of order. Much cheaper, yet better option available in vicinity. Staff is humble but, management is rude and arrogant. I had wasted my money and quality time, staying here. Don't prefer this ever.

It was a comfortable stay for me. Room service provided by Manager Anmol Pandey was perfect. Highly recommended for stay in surat.

the type of room is inversely proportional to service ... the rooms are good with the quality of service is exceptionally worst

It was a pleasant stay and the location was very much in the heart of the city. Worth for money. Rooms are spacious enough and the wash rooms are clean. Courteous staff and they were giving good service without frowning
