Horrible Service from the staff and Dineout function experience in Hotel Regency. Issue Faced during the function: 1. They were ordering starters from somewhere outside, Starters were not fresh and was too stale. 2. No professional waiters hired for the service although amount was charged. They don't have basic sense of serving food. 3. Room booked for the whole day. They started AC service in the room at around 5 PM and it goes long for around 2 hours. 4. Banquet Hall matt was too dirty through out the function. Matt was tored out. we asked multiple times to change the matt even manager was not taking the responsibility.

It is a very amazing hotel, People can stay here freely and enjoy it fully. If you are a lover of visiting new hotels and searching for an osm location definitely go for it.

Never stayed in the hotel but the restaurant is awesome! A nice place to eat with friends or family in panipat. Food quality is great and staff are very friendly. Adequate parking space is also available in adjacent lane. Everything is available at reasonable prices. You can either eat or also get your food packed for your journey. It's a must visit place in panipat (situated at GT road). A great dining experience for me.

Simple, neat clean rooms and washrooms. The room service was prompt and the food was good too. Location is right on the highway.

Very bad behaviour of Hotel owner.

Actually it is a 2 star hotel. NH facing rooms is full of traffic noise. Never go for highway facing rooms. Had an average experience. Didn't get Complimentary Breakfast with deluxe rooms.

Diffetent tastes of chicken will give you full satisfaction. Very quiet and very family friendly place. One of the best place to have meals in Panipat. But the cost is little high. But then you cannot complete a plate alone so you can always share.

Nice place for small party function. Parking available in adjacent lane. Serving by staff was very good. Food quality & taste was very good. Washroom were clean. Food sharing strictly not allowed.
