We had a bad experience in book. Staff name Renu confirmed me that room is booked for me and asked me to come directly, But when we reached they allocated my room to someone else. She messed up the whole things and in last we didnot get the room in Hotel Regalia. Her Manager Came and handled the situation and coordinated for another room in another hotel.

Restaurant Food is tasty, hygienic and staff is responsive and prompt. Abhishek took good care of our needs and needs to be mentioned here. Rooms: They have worn down since we last stayed here in 2017. Hotel needs to be taken care off before it worms down completely.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip!Rooms and Common areas were cleaned and well-maintained! I checked in evening by 21.40pm they changed me 3360/- which is little expensive, TV channel subscriptions were ended, bathroom tap was not clean not scrubbed I think and remaining is ok.. receptionist miss renu is very helpful and co-operative....

Very very poor service and making loot. Nobody intrested in customers services but all are very very lazy in service. Don't select this hotel. Breakfast is also very cheap in quality and serving daily the same menu. They are showing three star but not even service like two stars.

The hotel's ambience and cool rooms ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The food is sumptuous,and the amenities are top-notch. Worst hotel and hospitality. I booked this hotel for my parents for 2 days as they visited there. After booking the hotel i called them that this is my booking id is this confirmed. They said yes ur booking is confirmed but when my parents reached at the hotel they refused to give rooms by saying that their AC is not working we can give u non Ac rooms. But many people came their after my parents they are giving them rooms that too ac rooms. They makes fool of tourists. They have done so cz i booked hotel at cheap rates nd they sold rooms at hight prices to tourists visitng at the hotel. They spoiled whole trip of my parents.

All staffs i.e receipnist, house keeping are well maintained , room are maintained and hotel foods are delicious , all Regalia hotel team are outstanding and provide time barred service . In this regard this hotel are nice location and near about in all type of communication in Tirupati balaji temple.
