The staffs are courteous and helpful. The Non-AC rooms are not well maintained.Dirty look of bathroom.
There is a parking challenge, someone hit our car at night while it was parked. Overall it was good but this thing had made us crazy.
Reception staff is very nice. Hotel staff is sometimes over occupied and over worked. Rooms are okay vis a vis the price. AC works however there is sanitary issues in some rooms.

Hotel is situated at prime location, around 300m walkable distance from Moradabad Railway Station. Staff are helpful and kind. Rooms can be booked online from their official site as well as many apps. Food quality is also good. Could be considered for family stay. Overall experience was good.
Had to make a quick stop on my road trip, reached there around mid night. The room I got had a window, without the window panes. The hotel boy didn't understand what my problem was as the window had a mesh and a curtain. Had to get the room changed to another all closed room on ground floor. Didn't make a fuss as I needed the rest. Parking and approach are a problem. Rooms and bathrooms were filthy. Stay only if you hit an emergency.
