HOTEL REGAL INTERNATIONAL - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

It was a brief but a welcome stay for me. I just spent a night at this place, however it was a satisfactory stay. The only problem was the bed, it was uncomfortable for me, since I could feel the springs of the bed. Which is not a comfortable place to sleep in. The rest of the things were up to the mark. The hot water was not working and that i must say was a disappointment for me. The best part of the hotel is that it is near the airport and very good if you are looking to catch a flight early morning. Overall I am satisfied with the stay and hence the 3 stars.

We only spent one night there. The room was very small and at a first look it seemed clean. However looking closer we realized that the sheets and the rest of the room was dirty (hair and fresh stains, it seemed like they did not change the sheets before our arrival). The main problem was at the checkout: even though we had already paid and filled all the needed paperwork, they asked us to see again the reservation email. When we asked what they needed it for they did not give us any clear reason. Soon after I realized that a 10 star review of the hotel had been submitted by my booking account. I guess that when they looked at our confirmation email they must have taken the reservation number and pin needed to submit the review by themselves. When we asked them where this review was coming from, they got animated and got defensive without really answering our question. We are very disappointed. The only positive remark is that the staff helped us in reserving the bus for our next destination

Stayed there for 3days. Staffs were helpful. We didn't find any sort of hassle there. Service was okay, shouldn't expect much from them. We called them and booked the hotel rather then using 3rd party apps and try to deal all your necessity at that time.

Location is very near to Airport Terminal - 2. Hotel conditions are so so. No restaurant. Service is not good. Rooms are not good. It's called a basic hotel to nearby Airport

I have stayed there for 2 days, Rooms are small and congested. Damged toilet cover Reception people dont care about the issues we raised. They not even fix the tv recharge issues. Even the dont provide free water, only gave 1 bottle for a day. If you want extra they pay 30rs for a bottle which you will get for 20rs outside. When i asked for 6hrs extension they charge me more than half of the actual price even though all the rooms free. Dont even deserve star rating, but shows 3star

The hotel is not in a good location and the service is very poor and complementary breakfast quality is not good at all. The room sizes are very small.
