Room service are very poor like a nudlly Lodge they when push bel room service Will come after 2hours and his behaver is very bad and also they don't have any knowlodge about customer only asking tips or nothing do before the booking please check room service behave don't go with family otherwise ashamed your self
Worst service I had ever experienced, Room service boy is very rude, pillow and bedsheets are very dirty, after saying to change they are not giving any response and being abusive, dont even know to talk. It's name should be changed from International to lodge. Horrible experience....!!
Room was not maintained. Windows glasses was broken and towel, blanket are not clean even price was also very high. But you can stay for some time of you have no other options. Room was clean.
Budget-friendly hotel .good room service , Extra large room , TV , Chilled AC, Cleaned room, Good wifi. An intercom facility is provided.. Towel smelling very bad. Bed cover isn't properly cleaned.But overall it is a budget friendly hotel
Room is good and in very prime place of Asansol then only issue I faced with my washroom water leakage due to which wet floor. They don't have own restuarent we have to place order they get it deliver in room but rate is good instead of oyo rated hotel they bring food from outside so they charge service charge for order deliver in room but they bring food from Delhi darbar that's really very good food I enjoyed located in the center of market so you can have all fun shop, eat... And lot more fun
Price range was moderate. Rooms were cleaned although towels and bedsheets were not that clean. But affordable. Food was also good however the price was a bit above moderate. Good place to stay for a day or two.
They are trying to improve, rooms are big, the only issue is Cleanliness, it's better to take ur own bedsheets , located at the Bus Stand, inside the market only so no shortage of roadside delicacies.
The place is absolutely not worth it, the rooms they provide for the price is rubbish. The rooms were cold as Himalayas and had to call several times to get the power on geyser They didn't allow outside food but had no resturtnt of their own, bought food from some cheap shop and gave us, which was far from what a human could eat. Definitely recommend staying away from this place
