No Ratings 1. I booked with breakfast, but hotel staff first denied,after argument he agreed to give by 9am then at 9:20AM he said office boy not available. 2. Windows not able to close. Even after 4-5 times complaint, finally I got answered, i.e. unable repair. I have to sleep with cool air coming from outside. My son got I'll. 3. Asked for hot water 2-3 times, not received. 4. Peephole in main door is just a hole, anyone from outside can see inside the room.

We stayed here for one night, the hotel is in a very small lane where no vehicle can approach except a battery richsaw. The rooms are not clean with shabby beds, without towels and specially no proper lightings. One thing good is the location, it's very near to Darbar Sahib but if you want to visit other places too then it's a problem as you have to deal with a lot of traffic and small lanes to go anywhere.

I have been there last month and this hotel was really good to have a stay in Guru Nagri Amritsar. Well maintained and clean rooms and quick service anytime we need . One of their employee "Lalit" don't know his full name but he was really nice. He arranged everything we need very quickly and without hesitation. While we stayed their he give us info about the city and famous places which we can visit in our mean time. It was really great time. Will visit again whenever i got the chance.

0 rating Don't waste your hard earned money in this hotel. Horrible experience. Then don't listen any of you problems. Ek bar booking ho gayi to bas you have to stay there. Kuch v problem ho unka response zero hota hai. Humne v location and price dekh ke booking kiya tha jismain breakfast included tha. But they ask us breakfast kahan se lauin. In cold winter unhone garam pani Dene ke liye v same bola kanhan se lauin? Even water Jo complimentary hai use v 4 times mang ne bad mila. And rooms are nasty, doors are broken. There is no bucket and mug. With family kya kisike rehne layak nahin hai ye hotel. My kid got ill. Completely bunch of scammers. We book through make my trip They are also saying we can't do anything. Can't expect mmt says like this. Both MMT and the hotel regal ruined our vacation. THIS hotel should be banned.

This hotel is a SCAMMMM. Don't stay in this hotel. The staff members working here are thieves. Someone from their staff stole our money from our purse in our absence from the room. The CCTV cameras are not working. When we asked them to show the recordings the staff didn't respond to us well. This hotel is a SCAMMMMMM. Please don't make any bookings in this hotel and avoid staying at this hotel. Very disappointed with the hotel and staff. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid even visiting this hotel.

An honest feedback for folks in the future who would be looking to book this hotel. My elderly parents were the travellers and I booked the hotel considering the following factors: 1. Location --> Close to Darbar Sahib 2. Airport pickup and drop --> It was said under the 'services offered' that they provide airport pick up and drop. So I called up and spoke with one of their managers who confirmed that they do and the price is Rs. 2200. We agreed. 3. Breakfast Provided --> I wanted to ensure that my parents get their morning tea and breakfast before heading out. Now the review: Rooms -> Rooms were decent, no complaints except for the fact that there was no tea/coffee maker in the room. Service -> Very very Poor and a total turn off. My parents reached the hotel around 9 PM and enquired at the reception regarding the dinner options (since they said Breakfast is included so we thought they must have an inhouse kitchen) but apparently there was no inhouse kitchen and they get the food from outside. Next morning, parents got up and enquired for tea and breakfast --> nothing was available which was a shocker as I had purchased a room rate that was on the higher side because breakfast would be included. My parents left without breakfast as they were supposed to go to Baba deep singh gurudwara. Transportation --> The cab did show up at the airport on time for pick up, apparently it was not the hotel's cab and was arranged by the manager himself in order to make some extra money (why would we care), anyways, the driver DID NOT KNOW where the hotel was and he dropped my parents a few minutes away from the hotel and DID NOT OFFER to pick up their luggage. I don't mind staying at this hotel but it is not for elderly or for anyone who wants impeccable service and amenities. If you are looking only to sleep the night out, then this could be your option. Do not waste your money on a higher room rate where it is claimed that breakfast will be included. Advise for the managements: You are the heart of one of the wonders of the country where devotees and tourism alike from all over the world come. It is in your interest and for the image of your country, to improve the services and amenities that is provided, be truthful in what you can and cannot provide.

i visited this hotel from 7th July 2023 - 9th July 2023 . To start of the hotel is very normy , dont expect luxury . The beds are decent but dirty , the toilets are okay but NO HOT WATER ! had to take a shower at 3 in the morning with icy cold water . The room is broken from places and unhygenic . The towels provided were used and had lipstick stains on them for some reason . when asked for something they either did not have it or said some other guest has it , they did not have a single press in the whole hotel ! the phone to call reception and all does not work and there is NO WIFI also I think they called us 15 times to tell us the check out is at 12 , not like anyone was staying there . If you are thinking of travelling with family then this is not the palce for you , if youre a bachelor and want a place for a day or two its decent. The only good thing about this hotel is the location being 200 meters from The Golden Temple .

Very bad experience I had booked a room through online process and also made half payment. When I reached the hotel they were not answering my calls. Somehow he got room no. 207 which was newly constructed and had no facilities. After repeated requests, the AC was turned on, which was controlled from the office. Even they don't provide buckets and mugs in the washroom. Got it on the day of check out after asking 4 times. Very very bad experience. Staff is not good but 'SEHAJ' is fine but unfortunately he was on leave
