Agar free me bhi offer Karo toh yahan mat rehna. The worst place ever.

1. There is no proper road to reach hotel and there is a giant size canal infront of hotel with green water stagnation causing tremendous mosquitos.
2. Room is infested with mosquitos.
3. No water in any bathroom. Had to literally carry water in bucket from some other rooms.
4. If i put on geyser button then puri lighting band ho gayi!
5. You call the reception for help their guys will be sleeping. Helpless reckless and useless.
6. Rooms andar se lock nai hote. Locking kharab hai.
7. Manager is least bothered about guests problems. Mere samne k room walon ne complain kia toh unko bola k you can leave the hotel. And telling us that u can go to side building for getting fresh. Is this even a hotel!!
I want to sue them for this kind of rubbish. Oyo and all other partners stop showing this hotel for guests. Otherwise we will never trust your apps

Checkin in denied as they didnt receive confirmation from Agoda ,have to rebook again with no option from OYO & follow up with Agoda for payment made.Pathetic TV not working NO WIFI no room service boys,dont book this hotel its pathetic.
Worst hotel in Shridi,no water supply in the washroom for almost half a day. The staff is rude and arrogant. Don't book this hotel. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. They don't provide proper service. This hotel is not suitable for families. No proper road to reach the hotel.
Staff was amazingly helpful in finding an appropriate room . We needed 2 rooms with good air conditioning. House keeping was below average due to plumbing issues in washroom . We have used bucket and mugs as there was water spilling and other issues . Overall condition of hotel is bad , very bad . My request to the owner of this property is not to promote this hotel ONLINE with old pictures and charge premium advance payment through Hotel, Agoda etc until he decides what he wants to do with the property.

Hotel and staff is good but hotel didn't provide most of service...I given 3 star out of 5 for hotel services
One star also would be foolishness!! Don't know what kind of pride does the manager takes wearing that suit and showing off like a stud...says needs a marriage certificate to book the room and won't allow otherwise...where in the world does this happens. Seriously someone plss ban this from booking sites
Do not book this hotel ! I had booked a room for myself & my wife for 7-8 April 2023. While doing the check in formalities the manager asked me to send mine and wife photo to his WhatsApp number stating no unmarried couples are allowed to stay here and our surnames do not match in id Card. I refused to send my personal photos to unknown person to which he did not agree and told check in would not be possible without sending him the photos. I showed him our wedding pics and marriage certificate on my phone and he still wasn't ready to accept those. He was insisting on me sending the pics and denied check in.
Also on Agoda they have mentioned with breakfast package but there is no such option available and rooms were also shabby and not as per the pics.
They are just fooling people and not sure what they are doing keeping guests personal pics.
NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Very nice hotel which is located on main road near entry gate no. 2 of shree Sai samadhi mandir. Hotel staff ie both managers all room service boys and staff of attached restaurant were very pleasant, polite, cooperative and helpful.

Rooms were well maintained, clean bathrooms and food menu was elaborate. The room service at times was slow. The swimming pool was nice and clean too. Highlight would be the unlimited buffet breakfast.
They claim to be the best hotel in Shirdi, and I have to say that it may very well be the truth.
The rooms are pretty spacious and well ventilated. All equipments are functional and every amenity which you would expect out of a property of this stand
