Such a nice hotel. Really loved it. All the staffs are very friendly. Such a nice ambience. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is so well maintained. I recommend this hotel. There is also a restaurant so nearby to this hotel. Also this hotel is situated near metro.

Firstly, I stayed in a double room which costed Rs.1500 although I was a single occupant as the single rooms were unavailable. The room was average in size with comfortable bed and clean linens. The bathroom was decent in size and quite clean. One drawback were the roaches, there were tiny cockroaches coming from the bathroom which was quite disgusting. The staff got pest control and some other methods to get rid of it. Other than that the stay was quite comfortable and easily accessible to the Ernakulam South Metro Station, Plenty of restaurants, Clothing Shops, Pharmacy, etc. However, I wanted to switch to a single room when it became available which was Rs.1000 and went to have a look at it. It was compact in size and not clean like the room I was staying. The walls were dirty, if the room was better I would have switched.

I booked a room at this property for 24th September through Agoda. When I reached the property, they refused to let me check in. They asked for extra payment saying that the amount I have paid through Agoda has not been fully credited to them. I had a conference to attend and I lost about 3 hours calling the customer care but that too in vain. The service from the property was also very poor. I paid the amount for 3 days but was only allowed to stay there for one day and also charged extra for early check in. This was not a single incident. I saw the proprietors quarreling with many other customers as well, for the same reason. I had a very bad experience and my whole day was affected because of this. Never expected such a behavior from both Agoda and the property.

I had very horrible experience at the hotel. Booked hotel for 2 days using an offer of 1800/- through Agoda. I had reached the hotel at 7AM for a conference in the city. The receptionist guy did not allow to check-in saying they cannot give rooms at the Agoda price, as they charge 1500 for the room per night. He asked to check with Agoda customer care to resolve the issue. I had a conference to attend at 10AM and here I am arguing with customer care and the receptionist for 2 hours telling the basic logic that if you cannot honour the booking at this price, then why give booking confirmation. This is the basic customer support to be given from both hotel end and Agoda for a booking. This is not an exceptional case, I witnessed 2 other people going through the same ordeal at that time. Finally they allowed check-in on the condition of check-out at next day 11AM, and have to pay early check-in charge of 300/-

On my way back from dubai carrying luggages, booked here through oyo with advance payment. On reaching location at 6am they simply said rooms are full even reluctant to open the main entrance door. Very poor customer service.
