Cons- Dirty rooms. No housekeeper. Don't provide fresh bed sheet. Toilets are for public use. Sunlight doesn't enter into any of the rooms. Dont have in-house fooding. Rude behaved staff. 10% value for money. Negativity all around. Pros - They are very good at bad behaviours.

I don't know why the hotel has given me a negative feelings during my stay. the owner/receptionist was so rude that he couldn't even bother to answer properly. we picked a balcony and front viewed room and that room was not so clean, we asked him to clean it but he demanded that they did clean it so we are so neaty or something. later we found that the road was so undeveloped that dinner had to be booked before 7pm else you had to sleep without food! plus the person named Amar charged us almost double while he denied to give a proper receipt of our payment. though we fought and won but when you travel you don't want these things to happen. apart from this hotel stayings and that person's behavior everything about murshidabad was nice, a bit frustrating to see everyone died! but this hotel gave me the high peak of frustration I must stay. PLEASE DON"T PICK THIS HOTEL~that's pretty much the conclusion by me
Worst experience..stayed there for a night amd had a bad experience. Blanket given were dirty and unhealthy..window Pan was broken. Clean bed sheets were not given..asked for replacement of blanket the hotel staff misbehaved and even shouted at as. Only positive is that its closer to hazarduari palace
The location of this hotel is really the main thing that makes it so popular, it is just near the Hazarduari Palace and the river so that makes staying here bang for buck, coz you are saving at least transportation fare. Also the service is pretty good, not best in the world but still you can live on that.
Worst service ever. Filthy rooms filled up with gas coming from toilet. No drinking water. Do not provide extra blankets on request. All reviews are fake.
