Worst hotel room is not clear n stuff so bad n totally bad service n plz don't go this hotel

They have restaurants. I had tried their restaurant. Love fried rice and chilli chicken.

The rooms were very small and not in the same floor.) If you are travelling in a group) The behaviour of the staff was good but the managers were just forcing us to have dinner at their place. (we travelled from jsr did not know bengali) bedsheets were not clean and when asked about that they said this is our best.. No support from oyo even after repeated complains.. Thank you raviz and oyo for the service. This is surely my last booking.

Absolutely disappointing experience. The rooms are totally different than it's shown in photographs. Congested rooms, never cleaned, never sanitized. Sanitization in front of eyes is a dream. For a 2 days stay, they changed room 3 times as none of the rooms meet the description as per OYO. Similarly, bogus support from OYO, there were no one to listen my problems properly and instead of calling hotel they were insisting me to understand whether my complaints are true or not. I'm surprised that in this pandemic situation when the hotel businesses are at stake, how can OYO allows this kind of worst service.

The rooms are no where near like what the hotel has advertised. After putting me in a cage home type of room because I was travelling alone (even though it was clearly mentioned that I had paid for a classic double room), the hotel staff put me in a double room on the third floor which is not accessible by the lift. The room had cocroaches creeping out when lights are off. The whole building vibrates because of passing vehicles. Too noisy. Only room service is good because these guys really putting efforts by climbing 3 storey building all day long.

One of the very faltu place. The staff of the reception is very rude and don't know how to talk with guest. They only prefer their customers. If u are booking online... Then they will not give value of 0. Also the way they respond is very bad. Never ever book that hotel in ur dream also... Believe me do not book. If u r booking through online they will play with u badly. Better lool for any other hotel with same or higher budget.. Strongly not recommended at all.

Actually Oyo is one of the best company for couples and for all .....But Specially Raviz hotel's receptionist was very rude becouse when I paid online payment He told me that why you paid online direct to Oyo Beware don't try to this again pay offline..... I don't know why why he told me ?? I think he doesn't have proper communication skills. Totally nonsense talking. Room and washroom was not hygienic also. I m not satisfied staying with Raviz hotel
