Hotel Ravisha Continental - Hotel in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

The hotel is decent Staff is NOT proactive You'd have to make at least 5-6 calls just to get water available to you. The rooms are tightly spaced altogether. The wifi is not so good either. Only good thing I could say about it is its lobby and the food. The food was excellent!

My overall experience was good. Rooms are good, neat & clean. Front desk hospitality was also good. Food was also ok. The only problem which I noticed is, towels provided in the bathroom were not cleaned & looks dusty. Housekeeping service is also not active.

The restaurant is pretty good! Their food was awesome and their staff was really friendly. The only reason why this review is 3 stars is because the wait time for the food was INSANE! We waited for about an hour for our food, and the restaurant was quite empty at the time. Please improve this. Otherwise it is a great choice for a family outing.

The only good point about this property is that it is centrally located on the highway We had one of the worst experience after booking this hotel. The AC which was a window type was not working for the entire period and was not cooling appropriately. The room service was pathetic and the even didn't able to give proper sanitation and clean room. Even could not give a extra pillow when asked for..The food was the worst. Excessive salt and the staff was rude and non cooperative. There was a party going on at night with lot of noise till 4:00 in morning..couldn't sleep whole night...nobody took action even after multiple complaints...There was no proper accommodation for the driver.. Even the fan was not provided. I won't like to rate it zero. We suffered a lot and request everyone to think twice before booking the hotel.. Just waste of money.. They put it as 3 star hotel... It should not get any star even

I have been booked royal room in this hotal by make my trip which include dinner and breakfast ... Hotal reception gave me ordinary smallroom after complain he provide another room .. In dinner staff say only thali available ..in dinner. Such bad hotal in prayagraj... Pls don't stay here . This hotal is totally fraud.

I went for check in around 7pm, but rooms were not ready. Very poor service. Their standard check out time is 12pm, and it's 7pm but they have not got the rooms ready yet.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The hotel also has a restaurant that serves delicious food.

I have been a regular guest of hotel ravisha continental, I like the ambience and the staff has been very helpful and friendly check in process is very fast and the room was nice with all amenities and food was really good and tasty, value for the money, really appreciate to all.
