Good service...but only suggestion is that the washroom is very small and congested,please work on that

Weiredst experience of my life in case of hotels. The room alloted to me was having small Mosquitos & bed worms. For first day they havent canged the room, second day when room is changed AC was not working room is dirty. No good quality of blankets, staff is very rude nd not listening to the complaints. I dont like to give even a single star to this hotel. I think they dont treat online bookers well, what they need is direct booking or they have no value of customer who staying in single occupancy. Single rooms are not all upto the mark. Any one should not go for this hotel so so adamant staff.

Very Bad experience. Only room interior is OK. Service and food is very bad. most of the food is not available from menu card. I was booked superior room .... but it was shocking, they provide me deluxe room. when I asked the reason for the same hotel receptionist replay me superior room is not available we will shift you in another hotel. If room is not available then how the booking was confirmed. Some cockroaches were found inside the room. Bad smell from bathroom.

Pathetic hotel, first and the foremost thing which they do is they cheat the customers as soon as u check in. I booked a deluxe room and when they know that the person has booked the hotel online they give him the standard ac room instead. so got cheated over there. next when u enter the room the room is really really small. there's actually really very little space to even walk. bathroom was average soap was provided. hot water facility was also available. WiFi was available but the wifi strength was really weak so it wud keep disconnecting. Wud not recommend this to anyone, **

Google should change the title, Its now het covid care center Currently operational for "Het covid care center" Quarantine and covid care facilities for elite. For Who are not suppose to stay at home and need extra care Its 24x7 under medical. Supervision, Daily 5+ time medical check up 3 time super specialist visits 2 time food + fruites + snacks + tea/coffee + boil water + tv + ac + room cleaning by professional staff daily + safety measurements + emergency oxygen supply and etc. I am here for 5 days. Its completely like home service and very very good at treat.

I am Giving One start because there is no option for Zero star. I booked hotel With Goibibo On 11 Dec 2018. I booked Standard Ac Room(999 Rs) and online showing double bed but hotel provide singel Room Which is to too small(Direct check in cost of that room is 700 Rs.)you can not move aroundbed and can't open wardrobes. Lizard you can seen in picture also curtain is smalley. I complained to go ibibo and as per go ibibo support they are providing another hotel choice so After two hours I checked out from hotel and When I need to pay 250 rs. Food bill and I gived 500 rs note the receptionist(Which is look like gambler)Take note and say 250 we took for your 2 hours stay and 250 food bill Receptionst take my 500 Rs note without clearing subject. When I call go ibibo the receptionist not taking my phone to talk.The bussiness strategy of this hotel is if online booking customer arrived they provide poor rooms and if direct check in customer arrived they provide better room because go ibibo not provide him sufficient money(As per receptionist talk) Receptionist attitude is like he is owner of world not listen even single line and ignoring like we barking in front of him.

..... I had one of the worst EXPERIENCE with this HOTEL n would not be even think to book such hotel again..... Hotel has TARRIF of ....for STANDERD AC ROOM & .....for DELUX ACROOM at RECEPTION BOARD .... does provide room with approx TARRIF of .....for STANDERD AC ROOM. I had requested to hotel for late check in but I was made to wait with reason saying rooms are not empty... Later they arranged room but it was sticking n AC & FAN was not working properly.. Hotel staff made me to chose only that room with zero option available. They changed another room in next day but that room was small enough to 11x11 feet sige... Bathroom was not clear.. Food service is worst... They will take Order of Dinner n will provide it after 1 & half hour... They don't even bother for any late serivce... Quantity of ordered Dish may get reduce in next order......
